The ultra-fine crusher is a continuous operation equipment, mainly composed of a rotary part, a guard plate part and a box part. After the action between the hammer and the counterattack plate, the material is initially broken; after the material is repeatedly hammered and counterattacked with high frequency, it forms a pile on the middle partition plate, which slides down and falls on the material thrown by the lower rotor rotating at high speed. On the plate, it is thrown to the counterattack plate at high speed, collides, falls, and is forced to counterattack, crush and grind by the mobile blow hammer. Therefore, the material uses multiple composite crushing and grinding in the process of its own gravity falling to achieve the ultra-fine effect, and then is discharged through the discharge port.

The finished product that meets the feeding granularity enters the storage hopper under the action of the elevator, and is fed into the main machine by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding. The grinding roller shaft rotates, under the action of centrifugal force, the grinding roller swings outward to press the grinding ring, and the material shoveled by the rotating blade is thrown between the roller rings. Those with fineness that meet the specifications enter the large cyclone collector with the wind flow, and are discharged through the discharge pipe to be the finished product after collection.
