  Quartz powder is not graded, only specifications. Because of its high whiteness, no impurities, low iron content, it has a wide range of applications.

  1. Glass: the main raw materials of flat glass, float glass, glass products (glass jars, glass bottles, glass tubes, etc.), optical glass, glass fiber, glass instruments, conductive glass, glass cloth and anti-radiation special glass.

  2.Ceramics and refractory materials: porcelain billets and glazes, kiln high silicon bricks, ordinary silica bricks and silicon carbide and other raw materials.

  3.Construction: concrete, cementitious materials, road construction materials, artificial marble, cement physical property testing materials (ie cement standard sand), etc.

  4. Chemical industry: raw materials such as silicon compounds and water glass, fillers of sulfuric acid towers, amorphous silica fine powder

  5. Machinery: the main raw materials for foundry sand, abrasive materials (blasting, hard grinding paper, sandpaper, abrasive cloth, etc.)

  Quartz Grinding process Flow:
  Configured Equipment: Hopper+ Bucket Elevator+Vibrating Feeder +Grinding Mill+ Cyclones + Bag Filter
  Stage 1. Quartz are transported into hopper by truck, and then lifted into storage silo of main machine by bucket elevator.
  Stage 2. Quartz comes from hopper and feed into main mill uniformly by vibrating feeder, then goes into pipes.
  Stage 3. In the grinding process, qualified final product after screening system will go into powder collector by pipes, and then go out from outlet. Unqualified product will go back to main mill and regrind until it is qualified.
  Stage 4. The air flow after purification will go into fan from pipes that up the bag filter, the wind is circular, all other pipes airflow is flow in negative pressure except the pipe from fan to main mill.
